About the Author

My name is Steve McCardell. I live in Rochester, Michigan, where I get to enjoy a thriving community while helping people and businesses around the world with writing and marketing. But then, on the side, I get to reach out through fiction with ideas we can all laugh about or ponder as we seek to challenge our minds and work on making the world an even better place.

But enough about me. I like to think The 7 is all about the two heroes of the book (my sons), my fabulous youth artists, and my awesome readers. Especially the ones who remember to post glowing reviews on Amazon!  ;)

Still ... I'm glad to post a picture of myself here so perhaps a few of my sharp young readers can spot me, lend me a high five, and share their imaginations about the world of Lithaea. After all, this world is made of imagination, and you never know how we might craft it together as the future books are written!
